We specialize in a variety of services to suit your home and personal needs as well; cleaning, repair and restoration, designing, consultations, appraisals. 2. Is your website secure?

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information including your credit card information and sign-in password are stored in encrypted format at all times.

3. What are my payment options?

We accept credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. We also accept payments by PayPal.

4. Do you charge taxes?

Sales tax is estimated for your order based on the laws and regulations of the province of Ontario indicated in the shipping address. States and provinces have different laws regarding taxation of merchandise, freight and handling. All sales tax calculations are subject to revision and are recalculated on the day your order is shipped. If your order has more than one shipping address, sales tax will be applied to the individual items in your order based upon the specific ship-to destinations.

5. What are my delivery options, and how much do they cost?

6. How can I track my order status?

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. If in case the link doesn't work, please contact us.

7. How long will it take to receive my order and how will my order be delivered?

Your packages will be dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

8. How can I return a product?

9. My carpet has been down for two weeks and still has an odour, what can I do?

If ventilating and vacuuming doesn't help try to have a hot water extraction done on the new carpet. Take a look at our Rug Care section for more information.

10. I have a new house and something is causing my nose to be stuffy, is there something wrong with my carpet?

With all the odours of a new construction, it’s hard to tell what is specifically causing a reaction. The best way to eliminate all the new odours is to open the windows and ventilate for approximately 48 to 72 hours.
